Apple pieces, rose hips, cranberries, spearmint leaves, natural orange flavor, rose petals, safflower, marigold flowers, and natural crème flavor.

Heat 6-8 fl oz of water to 212°F. Add 1-2 tsp of loose-leaf tea and steep for 5-10 minutes.
